Product introduction:
CY-301 high-intensity LED ultraviolet lamp is a head-mounted high-intensity LED ultraviolet lamp specially designed for fluorescent magnetic powder and fluorescent penetrant inspection. It adopts a metal shell and high-power LED ultraviolet chip, powered by a lithium battery pack, provides 365nm long-wave ultraviolet, and the ultraviolet intensity at 380mm of the ultraviolet lamp reaches 6000μW/cm2.
1. How to use
1.1 Turn on and off
Connect the battery and the headlight, press the switch button on the light tail, you can use it normally, press the switch button on the light tail again to turn off, and the lithium battery pack is fully charged It can last for 8 hours after being charged.
1.2 Charging
AC charging: separate the lithium battery pack from the headlight, connect the charger to the battery pack, connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz), the indicator light on the charger turns red, when the indicator light changes Charging is complete when it turns green. When charging for the first time, it should be charged for 7-8 hours to ensure full activation of the lithium battery. A normal charge will take about 3 to 4 hours.
1.3 The battery pack can be hung around the waist.
2. Product features
2.1 Ultra-high intensity: The ultraviolet intensity at 600mm reaches 6000μW/cm2 (365nm long-wave ultraviolet).
2.2 Quick start: light up when it is turned on, no need to warm up and stabilize.

3. Main composition and function
CY-301LED ultraviolet lamp is mainly composed of high-power LED ultraviolet chip, metal shell, light-transmitting sheet, reflector, LED chip voltage regulator circuit, ¬ lithium battery pack and charger .
3.1 Light Source

3.3 Reflective Cup
Specially designed for CY-300. Through the calculation of the light path, it can efficiently reflect the ultraviolet light emitted by the LED chip, and get the best illumination field and uniformity, and high temperature resistance.
3.4 Lithium battery
Power supply for high-power LED chips.
3.5 Lamp body part
The lamp body is made of aluminum alloy shell, and the outer surface is treated with anti-skid patterns. At the same time, the aluminum alloy shell serves as the radiator of the whole lamp.
3.6 Charger: One AC 220V charger.
4. Matters needing attention
The following matters involve product and personal safety. Please read all these items carefully, and pay attention to it in future use.
4.1 Handle with care, especially do not shock the product under working conditions.
4.2 After finishing the work, wipe it clean and put it back in the packing box.
4.3 Do not look directly at the light source with the naked eye, otherwise the cornea will be affected by ultraviolet radiation, and inflammation will occur in severe cases.
4.4 Please separate the lithium battery pack and the headlight during transportation of the UV lamp.
4.5 The charging voltage of the AC charger is 220V, 50Hz, please do not try other voltage charging.
4.6 Don't reverse the cable when charging the battery pack.
4.7 When the LED UV lamp fails, please return to the original factory for repair.
The various indicators of this product, such as wavelength, ultraviolet intensity and electrical characteristics, are guaranteed by specific high-power LED chips, voltage stabilizing circuits, light-transmitting sheets and reflector lithium battery packs based on special designs.
